Patriot HR Solutions was formed by Arthur Humphrey. As a serial entrepreneur, Arthur was introduced to the world of outsourcing in the early 2000s when he worked as a computer engineer.


Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to achieve the American dream, Arthur started Patriot HR Solutions in 2022 because he wanted to build a business around superior talent that had a vision of awesome, ‘WOW’ service. Arthur's vision was to create the first ever customizable PEO that offered a variety of services in addition to traditional human resources offerings.


Fast forward a couple of years, and Patriot HR Solutions has become a disruptor in the industry. Walking the halls of our office you’ll feel the boundless energy of our employees and the desire to be there, doing good in the world, while supporting one another. Our employees are encouraged to innovate in a safe space — where risk tasking is not looked at as failure. Many come up with new ideas that enhance our PEO service offerings and are deployed to customers. Others develop internal training sessions for employees and some even are designing a proprietary Patriot HR Solutions app.  Most importantly, Patriot HR Solutions creates great leaders.
